By accessing, browsing, or using the VideoMate Ultra website and services ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must instantly cease using the Service.

2. Description of Service

VideoMate Ultra provides an automated web interface that extracts direct media links from public platforms. We do not host, store, cache, stream, or broadcast any of the files or media content on our own servers. Our software simply connects the user's browser directly to the third-party Content Delivery Network (CDN) holding the requested file.

3. Absolute Zero Liability & Disclaimer

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind.

• We take zero responsibility for how you use this tool.
• We are not responsible for any copyright infringement, data loss, device damage, or legal consequences arising from your use of the downloaded files.
• We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or legality of the videos you choose to download.

4. Copyright and Fair Use (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. By using this service, you legally agree to the following:

• You will only download media for which you have explicit permission from the creator, or media that falls under Fair Use guidelines (e.g., for non-commercial personal viewing, parody, or commentary).
• You will not download, distribute, or monetize copyrighted material owned by third parties.
• Because we do not host or store any media on our servers, we cannot remove content. Any DMCA takedown requests regarding the actual media files must be directed to the platform hosting the original file (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, etc.).

5. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or abusive request loops against our API. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently IP-ban any user that attempts to attack, scrape, or overwhelm our server infrastructure.

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VideoMate Ultra, its developers, server hosts, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of any third-party rights.
